Get the installer in good shape
Ubuntu uses a modified version of debian-installer to setup the system on a machine. Though d-i works on Debian, it needs love to work well on Ubuntu. That's a top priority task..

Fix FAILED builds
Some packages are failing to properly build on hppa (see FAILED packages), and we need to fix these failures to the extent practicable. In any case, all failures for packages in main have to be fixed.
